Basic training in English
In the basic training for our flight IBE, we show you how to create a flight booking easily.
We will present you the whole IBE from the beginning: the whole booking process including search & calendar functionality, the calculation types for your agency fees and the administration of your bookings in the ordermanager.
In this training you will get a great overview of our flight IBE, so that you can use it directly in sales afterwards.

How does an online course work?
Our online courses take place in small groups of no more than ten people. You sit comfortably at your own workplace and watch the training on your own screen. Our lecturers will deal with you individually and give you valuable tips and tricks.
We use "GoToMeeting" for our online trainings. You will receive the invitation to participate together with a short explanation by e-mail.
