Your tasks:

• Support of the product owners in
  • the technical advancement of our flight booking engine
  • including the definition of workflows and acceptance criteria
  • as well as the identification of technical dependencies
     
• Support the tech leads and developer teams in
  • Defining development tickets / “translating” the business-centered tickets/PBIs of the PO into more development-centered PBIs/tickets
  • Analyzing problems/impediments (e.g., missing settings)
  • Supporting the monitoring of / defining the scope of testing
     
• Support in communication between project teams, improve transparency and communication of information

• You possess strong knowledge in the Travel Tech sector (alternatively, a high level of comprehension and willingness to learn).
• You have experience working with a GDS, Online Travel Agency, Airline, or Travel Management Company
• You have strong analytical skills as well as solution-oriented and agile thinking and actions.
• You are passionate about complex IT systems and their interrelationships.
